Lo prometido es deuda, aquí está la segunda parte de rolas de Silent Hill, ésta vez con vocales. Todas las canciones son cantadas por Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, quien desde Silent Hill 3 se ha convertido en la vocalista recurrente para el compositor Akira Yamaoka. Todas las canciones, aunque se salen un poco de la  línea de los primeros juegos, mantienen la misma escencia oscura, además de que tienen algunos arreglos mezclados de canciones pasadas y la mayoría son rockeras.
